Phase One – MINISTRY
- Establish home based special interest/small groups
- Groups to include southern families and special emphasis on youth
- Hire part-time staff to design, lead and support special interest/small groups
- Hire full or part-time staff to implement school education program findings, child/youth Christian education programs and an SMP or similar position.
Phase Two – EDUCATION
- Design and implement a Kindergarten program by next Fall
- Make necessary adjustments to upstairs area to house a kindergarten class
- Hire LCEF to conduct a survey/study/assessment on expanding school programs
- Factualize the potential of adding 1st through 5th grade – one grade per year
Phase Three – FACILITIES
- Develop site plan options to include a new 8,000 – 9,000 square foot multipurpose sanctuary
- Design and develop new usage plan for existing church facility to include:
- Two story school classroom space in present sanctuary area
- Meeting spaces
- Increase office space
- Improved kitchen
- Improved fellowship space
