LENT 2019…Something a Little Different

If you are like most of us, the season of Lent in the Church year is one of personal reflection, and repentance over one’s sins and need for a Savior.  Such a journey remains a valuable practice and blessing.

Yet this year, in conjunction with this we will explore “The Case for Christ!” Using the Movie and the Book by Lee Strobel we’ll look at the evidence – For the facts don’t lie! Join us as we discover the real evidence of Jesus’ death and resurrection. Whether you have questions, are a new believer, or have been a Christian your entire life, you will be touched by the true story of an award-winning investigative journalist—and avowed atheist—who applies his well-honed journalistic and legal skills to disprove the newfound Christian faith of his wife…. with unexpected, life-altering results.

Starting Ash Wednesday, March 6, at 5:30, we’ll begin a six-week sermon series. This moving story will not only inspire you, strengthen your faith & it will equip you to share the exciting evidence with others.  Plan on joining us each Wednesday and bring a friend or someone you know who is searching for the facts and in need of the Savior.

Kick off the journey by WATCHING THE MOVIE with us at one of two showings:

Wednesday February 27, 4:00-6:00         or        Sunday March 3, 5:30-7:30
